If your order is being shipped in the 48 US states, then it will be shipped by UPS and can be tracked by following the info below:

Go to:  UPS TRACKING PAGE

Fill in the following information:

Reference number: the invoice number of your order.
Ship date range: first line, enter the date your order was placed
Ship date range: second line, leave the date as is.
UPS Account Number: leave blank.
Destination Country: select United States.
Destination Postal Code: enter your zip code.
Check box "By selecting.....I agree..."

Click track. If your order was shipped, the info will be displayed.
If there is no info, your has not been shipped yet.
